
About Lamb Films
Over the last 19 years, Lamb Films has produced a wide range of films for diverse audiences. This work includes feature films, short films, and cross-community media projects. Lamb Films' productions have screened at hundreds of film festivals worldwide, won numerous awards, and several titles are available online.
Community media projects are a core part of Lamb Films' work. To date, the company has produced and facilitated over 50 community-based projects, including the Belfast City Council Youth Forum Award–winning Interface Diaries (2011–2018). In partnership with the Education Authority, Lamb Films also designed and filmed the lockdown project Whishes
In 2023, Lamb Films released the documentary Life in the Lough (2023), which explores the internationally recognised Lough Neagh and the people and wildlife that depend on it. In the same year, Lamb Films began filming the cricket feature film The Trick Room.
Moving through 2024 and 2025, Lamb Films filmed Rozkvet alongside various short films and community projects, while continuing to develop a television series and its wider slate of feature projects.
Feature film development remains a key focus for Lamb Films, with an active slate of projects being presented at film markets and developed with international co-production partners. Current projects include One for Sorrow(2026), which is in development with Northern Ireland Screen with Gerald Chamales (The Irishman) attached as an adviser, alongside The Choirmaster (2026) and The White Pond (2026).
In 2026, Lamb Films will release two feature films, The Trick Room and Rozkvet, and begin production on Code Brown, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to ambitious, socially engaged, and internationally focused filmmaking.
